The goal of the 2 days event is to help laboratory leadership benchmark and brainstorm topics to drive overall improvements and efficiency in the laboratory.
As many of you are asked to improve the overall labs operation in terms of cycle time, on-time delivery, efficiency, and more, we would like to invite you to the second session about Lab of the Future.
Based on the positive feedback from the 1st and 2nd consortium, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Biogen and cResults have initiated this 3rd Consortium. Biogen will host the event in RTP, North Carolina. The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes:

Industry trends and initiatives How to achieve Operational Excellence as part of the lab of the future by leveraging Technology, LIMS and Lean/Six Sigma. Advance usage of Smart QC to drive a more efficient laboratory (Day-2 Smart-QC main focus)
Day-1 Evening: Dinner and Networking
